Rena is an entrepreneur, investor, inventor, licensed amateur radio operator, Bitcoin node operator, and experienced operational leader, executive, and attorney in the Web3, digital identity and music industries.
Rena worked for numerous Fortune 500 companies, but her passion is in tech and music startups, where she previously was legal counsel to a music and tech startup for remix music creators, negotiating then first of its kind music licenses to major brands in tech, telecom, and music. More recently, she became Vice President of Legal to a Prove Identity (unicorn), a privately held late-stage tech company, in mobile authentication, verification and digital identity, servicing fintechs and Web3 companies.
Rena is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, and the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey. She is also a CIPP-US certified privacy geek and professional through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), is an expert in data protection and GDPR, and earned her Certificate in Securities Law (eCornell) from Cornell University.

Big Leek is a music industry entrepreneur and leader, who began as a producer and songwriter with the then unknown Rodney Jerkins of Darkchild Productions, who later became one of the most successful pop and R&B music producers globally. Big Leek also previously managed major label and independent recording artists and producers.
Big Leek currently tours as a DJ in the US, through his company, Baker Boyz, specializing in hip hop and R&B. Currently as the Maryland State representative, and previously as the US National President of Ruff Ryders, the largest motorcycle club in the world which began as the street marketing arm that helped launch multi-platinum rapper DMX of Ruff Ryders Records, Big Leek oversees rules and responsibilities for all active members.
Big Leek is committed to helping develop talent, and credits the discipline and confidence he developed as a five degree black belt in Tang Su Do, and later as a hand to hand combat instructor for the US navy, to helping make people’s dreams a reality.

Accomplished executive record and film producer, author, recording artist, and songwriter, Percy Chapman, known as Tragedy Khadafi, is best known as the lyrical father of the Queensbridge, New York rap sound, inspiring Queensbridge legends like Nas, and mentoring other Queensbridge multi-platinum recording artists Mobb Deep, and C-N-N.
Beginning his career in the 1980s, after independently releasing several singles, Tragedy first caught the attention of legendary producer Marley Marl to become hip hop’s youngest MC at 14 years old as a junior member of hip hop’s first collective, The Juice Crew, appearing on the Juice Crew’s album “In Control, Volume 1”. Subsequently as a solo artist, Tragedy released his album “Tragedy – Saga of a Hoodlum” on A&M Records. Moving on to an executive role, Tragedy then discovered, mentored and signed rap duo’s Capone-N-Noreaga (C-N-N) to his imprint 25 To Life Entertainment releasing their platinum selling album “The War Report” through Penalty Recordings, where he also appeared as a guest artist, writer and producer. Switching again to his recording artist roots, Tragedy continued in in the 2000s to release his solo album, “Against All Odds” on Gee Street/V2/BMG Records, and another solo album, “Still Report”n” through his 25 To Life Imprint on Caroline Distribution/EMI.
Moving into film, Tragedy became an executive film producer also starring in one of hip hop’s first documentaries on Queensbridge’s influence, through his autobiographical documentary “Tragedy The Story of Queensbridge”, distributed on Fuse TV, and at Slamdance, NXNE, and Pop Montreal. Since then, Tragedy has continued his prolific talent and skills to release in excess of 13 albums independently, and continues to discover new talent.

Jenn has more than 20+ years of sales, marketing and business development experience in Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Partnerships/Alliances within the tech hardware, software and cybersecurity industries. Working with global Fortune 500 corporations and in start-up/growth companies, Jenn has managed teams for cross-functional collaboration, and Go-to-Market initiatives, to successful global product and service launches.
Jenn attended Pace University for International Management and Marketing and received her Digital Marketing certification credential from Columbia Business School. She also recently received her D.E.I. Inclusion Leadership Program certification. Her passion for change and equality drives her to mentor and empower women and young professionals not just in tech but in careers overall and to raise awareness around issues for better global and social impact.

As a forward-thinking leader, she is dedicated to molding the future of how we interact in the digital world, particularly in the emerging realm of web3.

Ravi is a tech entrepreneur and Fortune 500 executive with deep experience in digital transformation, fintech, marketplaces, and identity. He has been at the beginning of some of the most significant disruptions and platforms including digital identity, ecommerce, mobile, digital payments, and blockchain at both early stage and public companies. He has operated and built revenue in B2B and B2B2C markets across more than ten countries in North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, building an understanding of internationalization and localization strategies and tactics.
He earned his MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business (summa cum laude), and also serves as a Board Member at Flexc.work, and SingularKey (Acquired by Ping Identity).

He is also well known as a recording artist, as one half of hip hop music’s longest running multi-platinum selling duo, Mobb Deep. As the producer behind many of Mobb Deep’s hits, he is one of the main creators of the hardcore East Coast hip hop cinematic sound.
